We’re Leaving our Print on the Market!

Our rebranding was not only about changing our appearance but also about adding new faces to the TestArmy ranks, both in our headquarters and in the field. It seems that these new additions are already paying off!

The new faces that joined our special forces are all about our efforts to keep our focus on our clients and to make sure that we keep bringing fresh new perspectives to our clients’ projects. We’ve expanded our offices (a whole new floor in our building) and assigned new faces to our domestic and international teams.

Any Results?

Of course, just talking about a rebranding and adding new people doesn’t always guarantee positive results. However, in this case we are happy to share one of the metrics that we use to measure our market footprint.

At the beginning of the year, we were listed at #7 on the clutch.co list of Top Software Application Firms.

This did not sit well with us, as we know what we are capable of and we know the scope of our projects that we complete. However, over the past couple of months we have started to climb up the rankings.

Fast forward to March 31, 2017 and now we’re sitting in 3rd place! While this is something that we’re certainly proud of, we don’t want to stop until we’re consistently #1.

A big part of our success comes from our clients, who have been so impressed with our services that they have either come back for more, or recommended us to some of their partners or clients.

In addition, we can’t help but blush over the awesome reviews that our clients have left us.

The Secret?

Of course we can’t share our secrets with you, but we can tell you the key to our success, but unfortunately it’s nothing new.

To build a successful company in our industry, you have to be client-focused. This is why each tester here at TestArmy becomes fully invested in our clients’ projects.

But how do we ensure that each tester will be 100% client focused?

We like to take a page out of Virgin Group founder Richard Branson’s playbook: Treat your employees great and they will put the clients first.

Here at TestArmy, we don’t maintain professional relationships with each other, but we maintain open door policies and eliminate barriers between administrators and testers. Elimination of these barriers creates a family feeling, where each employee realizes that they are personally invested in the success of our company.

This is why we don’t see dollar signs when we look at our clients, We see new partners who are coming to us with unique challenges and it’s our goal to eradicate those obstacles to enable our clients to make the world an easier place to live.

Every tester in our army lives by the saying: “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life”. This doesn’t make TestArmy a job for us, it makes it a passion, and we’re happy that our passion is finally getting some recognition.
